Financial Records

This series is composed of financial records for the Students’ Association. The scope of the records varies from year to year, but they consist mainly of allocation and budget requests made by organizations and departments on campus for student fee funds. Minutes and agendas for the University Activity Fee and Budget Committee [UAFBC], a sub-committee of the Students’ Association, are included here because of the direct association this committee has in approving funds for organizations and departments. Also included are accounting reports, internal audit material, some specialized files on the Department of Student Activities, and miscellaneous files. The miscellaneous files consist mainly of correspondence and clippings.
