Sioux Falls S. Dak.,Dear friend,
Yours of March 31st was duly received. Glad to learn that you are home again. I have wanted so much to go over matters with you, but could not afford to make the trip, however I am to spend a few weeks on a business proposition for my sons, and I will make Soo Falls the the first trip. I have planned to go on to Canton Monday noon for a visit with my friend Holter and think that I will plan to go to Egan from Canton Tuesaday, and then back to Soo Falls for Tuesday evening, and from there to Huron probably.
Now I want to have a talk with you before I see either Holter or Richards. The rest is straight business.
I may go down Saturday on the S. D. C., and I may not until Sunday morning. I wish you would advise me if you will be at home Sunday afternoon, if so I will try and go down Sunday.
I want to meet Mannix on this trip, and will write him that I would be glad to meet him Monday morning, before going to Canton.I will not take up the other matters, hoping to meet you on this trip.
