The plaque is a wood shield with an engraved brass plate in the center and decorative leaves on the edge of the plate. Plaque presented to Ben Reifel for his service as chairman of the board of directors of the Lower Brule Corporation. The wood plaque is cut in the shape of the state of South Dakota.
